About
Lawyer who advises on contract, company commercial law, dispute resolution, public procurement, local and self-governance law, labour law matters. He has gained professional experience providing legal services in law firms and companies. Also he has experience as an independent board member, a member of contracting authorities’ committees and a manager of European Union projects. Currently teaches labour law, follows developments in corporate law, and has prepared draft legislation relating to Lithuania’s integration into an international organisation.
